Eligibility Criteria:

​To be eligible for this visa, you must:

• Receive an invitation to apply through SkillSelect

• Be under 45 years of age at the time of invitation

• Have an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list

• Have a positive skills assessment for your nominated occupation

• Score at least 65 points on the points test (higher scores improve your chances of receiving an invitation)

• Meet the English language requirements

• Meet health and character requirements
